Petro Gracia

Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) Fluid

Petro Gracia is a high purity EDM fluid which offers the following features and benefits:

Petro Gracia is recommended for use in all types of electrical discharge machines in tool and die shops, aircraft manufacture, electronics and other metalworking industries where precision work is essential. Among the latter are manufacturers of such varied products as silverware, jewelry and cutlery, valves and regulators. Petro Gracia provides increased electrode life and improved quality of finish.

The low viscosity and high purity of Petro Gracia contribute to excellent filterability characteristics and rapid settling rates of metal particles, water or other foreign matter that may enter the fluid. Good heat transfer properties and superior penetrating quality allows for rapid dissipation of heat in electrical discharge machinery operations.

Precautions

Petro Gracia is manufactured from quality petroleum base stocks, blended with selected additives. As with all petroleum products, good personal hygiene and careful handling should always be practiced. Avoid prolonged contact with the skin, splashing into the eyes, ingestion, or vapour inhalation.
